1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using techpulse.press(the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Content accuracy
The Site provides editorial reporting on consumer technology, with a focus on Apple and adjacent hardware. Information on the Site — including release dates, specifications, pricing, carrier plan details, and feature lists — is sourced from primary reporting (Apple, carrier announcements, analyst notes) and is labeled with a confidence level (Confirmed, Credible, Possible, Speculative).
No warranty of accuracy. All information is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that any specific fact (especially forward-looking announcements about unreleased products) will remain correct. Always verify pricing, availability, and specs against the manufacturer or retailer before making a purchase decision.
Forward-looking statements. Articles about unreleased products (e.g. iPhone 18 lineup before official announcement) reflect pre-release expectations based on supply-chain reporting. Final specifications, pricing, and availability may differ when the product is officially announced.
3. Affiliate disclosure
The Site contains affiliate links to retailers including Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, and accessory makers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate revenue helps fund the Site but never influences our editorial coverage.
