The iPhone 18e is Apple's most affordable 2027 flagship, replacing the iPhone 16e. It uses a cost-down A20 chip, single 48MP rear camera, 6.1" OLED display at 60Hz, 6GB RAM, and the Apple C1 modem (reused from iPhone 16e). Targets the $500-$700 mid-range Android competition. Delayed from fall 2026 to spring 2027 (April-May 2027 launch window).
