The Meta Ray-Ban Display (codename Hypernova) is Meta's first smart glasses with an integrated monocular display baked into the right lens. Launched in the US on September 30, 2025 at $799, it ships with the Meta Neural Band — a wrist-worn sEMG sensor that turns subtle finger movements into control input. The glasses pair with a phone over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 6, run Meta AI with on-screen visual responses, and display WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram DMs, turn-by-turn navigation, real-time translation, and a camera viewfinder in the wearer's line of sight.
